That’s where Cedar Podium comes in. Founded in partnership between the internationally successful Cedar Pacific Investment Management, and leading Canadian builder and developer Podium, this joint venture works alongside academic institutions of all sizes in order to provide secure, supportive student accommodations for international and domestic students.

The partners have built more than 40 buildings (with 7 currently under development), purchased 5+ buildings, and invested more than $1.5 billion on investor capital in the PBSA sector across 21,500 beds. Investors have included leading international pension funds, asset managers and family offices.
